Staff Training March 2013

PathStone Corporation: Puerto Rico

On March 25th and 26th, Nolo Consulting traveled to Ponce, Puerto Rico to offer training to staff employed by PathStone Corporation, headquartered in Rochester, New York. ​​​​​​​​​​Training topics covered included Time Management, Conflict Resolution and Developing a Comprehensive Community Assessment.


​Time Management training covered a variety of simple and effective tips to effectively prioritize tasks, provided information on stress management and described the hierarchy of moral development. Conflict Resolution training was provided utilizing ​assessment tools from Discovery Learning (please click here for a list of available tools). Staff completed pre-conference assessments in order to become more aware of their personal change style preferences and influence style preferences. Community Assessment training gave attendees an insight to island specific data and methods to collect data to assist in program development and management.
