On October 23rd and 24th, Nolo Consulting conducted a one and a half day Strategic Planning work session with the Governing Board and Leadership Team of Martin Community Action, Inc. in Williamston, NC.

​Participants were provided basic demographic data of their main service area(s) providing context to strategic planning discussion and work. We used the Change Style Indicator from Discovery Learning (please click here for a list of available tools) to assess the leadership preference in addressing change. The outcome of the session was to develop a three year strategic plan that will lead the agency to reaffirm its commitment to the mission and guide their implemenation of programs.
